In the development phase we complete the development and the design of the new electronics products and ensure that hardware<\/a>, embedded software<\/a>, and mechanics<\/a> fit together. Besides, we provide complete documentation for your new electronics products and carry out all tests and approvals of the products. As a result of the development phase, you have finished prototypes of the new products, which are now ready for the very first electronics production. <\/p>\n\n

Before start-up of volume production, we put the fully developed products into 0-Series production at a selected Electronics Manufacturing Services EMS Partner. The purpose of 0-Series production is to test the quality of the production of the new electronic products and finalize the phase with New Production Introduction NPI<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

New Electronics Products Ready for Mass Production and Market Introduction<\/h2>\n\n

The subsequent mass production is not just about ordering a good number but requires knowledge and process experience to continuously maintain and support electronics production. Obsolete components, varying tolerances, and many other minor and major challenges require an effort to ensure that mass production of electronics products will succeed. Now the new electronics products are ready for launch at the market. <\/p>\n\n
